How do I start developing products with you, and what is the lead time?
We specialize in OEM and ODM manufacturing for medical dressings and related medical consumables, once confirm the product specification and packaging method, we will prepare everything from raw materials to finished products, including packaging and labeling.
Lead Time: for regular order is around 3 to 6 weeks from the confirmation and deposit date, depending on the order quantity and the degree of customization.
2.What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For wound care dressings, we basically accept orders starting at around 5,000 product units. Thanks to our streamlined production line, from bulk production to finishing, we can flexibly accommodate orders according to batch size. For specific order requirements, please inquire directly with our sales staff.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery timelines depend on your preference—air freight or sea shipment—and your expected lead time. Our dedicated project management team ensures all deadlines are met and shipments are delivered on time, following a clearly defined critical path schedule. Product samples are shipped via FedEx for your approval, and we assist in organizing and reviewing all necessary shipping documents, compliance paperwork, and customs requirements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery of your finished goods.
What are the payment terms?
For new businesses, our process is divided into two stages: Development and Manufacture.
Stage 1: Development
Before starting development, we ensure you have everything in place to kick off the project. This includes an approved preliminary quotation (approximate cost) and a clear project scope (product brief, launch time, and lead time). Once these are settled, we sign an engagement contract to officially begin the project.
Stage 2: Manufacture
During the development stage, you’ll confirm the final specification, packaging, and labeling samples. After reaching an agreement, you’ll submit 30% payment, with the remaining 70% due once the product is completed and before shipping.
For returning customers or established brands, we’re flexible and open to discussing tailored terms prior to project initiation.
