Description

Hydrogel dressings contain a large amount of water and CMC (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) hydrophilic substances, have good biocompatibility, do not affect the metabolic process, and the wound will not scab in a humid environment and heal faster than in a dry environment.

Hydrogel dressings are a new type of wound dressings composed of polymer gels with high water content, and their performance is superior to that of traditional wound dressings. The water evaporated from the product can create a cooling sensation on the wound surface, relieve pain and improve the quality of wound healing. This has a remarkable cooling and soothing effect on the skin and is of great value for burns and painful wounds.

The design purpose of hydrogel dressings is to hydrate wounds, hydrate scabs, facilitate autolysis debridement, provide a moist environment for cell migration, absorb some exudates, and perform autolysis debridement without damaging granulation tissue or epithelial cells. It is recommended for dry to slightly exudated wounds and can also be used to degrade the peeling on the surface of the wound.

This advanced wound dressing should be stored in an environment free of corrosive gases, cool, dry, well-ventilated and clean.
