Silicone Foam Dressing Bordered Sacrum
Silicone Foam Dressing Sacrum, is a fusion of polyurethane foam’s softness, skin compatibility, and vertical exudate-wicking ability with silicone’s mild viscosity, safety, and reusability. It can effectively prevent pressure injuries and can be used in high-risk areas such as the sacrococcygeal, heel, and posterior occipital regions to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in surgical patients.
Description
Description
Silicone Foam Dressing is a highly absorbent self-adherent wound dressing, consisting of a soft silicone contact layer, a flexible polyurethane foam pad, and a vapor-permeable, moisture-proof outer film. The silicone adhesive sticks to the surrounding skin but not to the wound bed, minimizing pain and the risk of damage to the wound area. It is used in surgical wounds with more exudate and urology, plastic surgery, orthopedics, and ophthalmology.
Benefits
